1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you") and RGY Global ("we," "us" or "our") concerning your access to and use of the RGY Global website and the communication channels connected to it — including our contact forms and our WhatsApp line (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Description of Services
RGY Global presents international real estate projects — in markets such as Northern Cyprus, the United Kingdom, the UAE, Greece and others — and provides introduction, guidance and consultancy services for prospective buyers and investors. The Site contains project information, country guides, pricing indications and tools for requesting further information. The final terms of any property purchase are set out in the separate agreements you conclude with the relevant project developer or seller; RGY Global is not a party to those agreements unless expressly stated in writing.
3. No Investment Advice
All content on the Site — including prices, payment plans, rental yield estimates, return-on-investment projections and market commentary — is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Prices, availability and projections may change without notice and depend on market conditions, exchange rates and developer decisions. Past or projected performance is not a guarantee of future results. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult independent professional advisers before making any investment decision.
4. Communication Consent
When you submit a form on the Site or message our WhatsApp line, you request to be contacted about your inquiry, and we may respond via WhatsApp, email or telephone. Parts of WhatsApp conversations may be handled by an automated assistant. Marketing communications are sent only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, photographs, videos and graphics on the Site (the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Project visuals and materials may belong to the relevant developers and are used with permission. 11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your favour.
